The Andrus Smart Technologies team brings together experience in system design, project coordination, installation, programming, service, and support. Each person contributes a different area of expertise, helping us approach residential and commercial technology projects as complete systems rather than isolated products.
Every client, property, and project is different. Our team begins by learning how the space will be used, what systems are already in place, and what the client wants the technology to accomplish. Those conversations help us define the right scope, priorities, and integration approach.

Isaiah Andrus
Isaiah founded Andrus Smart Technologies in 2004 and continues to lead the company with a focus on system design, client consultation, project planning, and long-term business direction.
His primary priority is customer satisfaction and delivering technology systems that are reliable, well designed, and built to perform consistently over time. He works closely with homeowners, builders, designers, and commercial clients to define project goals and coordinate integrated systems across smart home automation, audio/video, lighting control, networking, security, access control, and other connected technologies.
Isaiah’s vision for Andrus Smart Technologies is centered on continued growth, ongoing education, and staying current with the evolving standards, products, and best practices of the technology integration industry.
Jenna Andrus
Jenna Andrus serves as Vice President and Human Resources Manager at Andrus Smart Technologies. She has been involved with AST since its founding in 2004 and brings long-standing knowledge of the company’s operations, team structure, and internal processes.
Her responsibilities span human resources, employee support, policy administration, hiring coordination, and day-to-day operational oversight. Jenna’s broad understanding of how AST functions helps support consistency across the company and provides the team with a reliable point of contact for internal and personnel-related matters.
Her experience and institutional knowledge play an important role in maintaining a strong company culture, supporting employees, and helping Andrus Smart Technologies continue to grow in an organized and sustainable way.
Jesse Gofigan
Jesse Gofigan serves as Operations Manager at Andrus Smart Technologies and has worked in the technology integration industry since 2016.
With broad experience across the systems AST designs, installs, and supports, Jesse brings practical knowledge of smart home automation, audio/video, lighting control, networking, security, access control, and related technologies.
He works directly with clients throughout the project and service process while also overseeing daily operations, team coordination, scheduling, and internal workflows. His role helps keep projects organized, communication clear, and the client experience consistent from planning through completion.
TJ Rogers
TJ Rogers serves as Service Manager at Andrus Smart Technologies and brings extensive experience across the systems AST designs, installs, programs, and supports.
His knowledge spans smart home automation, audio/video, lighting control, networking, security, access control, and other connected technologies. This broad technical background allows him to evaluate system performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and help ensure completed projects operate reliably.
TJ oversees service-related work and finished-project programming, coordinating technical support, system adjustments, and final configuration. His role helps maintain consistent programming standards and ensures clients receive responsive, knowledgeable support after installation.
Dalton Wood
Dalton Wood serves as Project Supervisor at Andrus Smart Technologies and has been part of AST since the company’s founding in 2004.
His long-standing experience gives him a deep understanding of AST’s installation standards, project workflows, technology systems, and client expectations. He oversees field installations and helps coordinate the day-to-day operations required to keep projects organized and moving forward.
Dalton works closely with technicians, project managers, clients, builders, and other trades to support clean installation, consistent workmanship, and effective project execution from the installation phase through completion.
Tom Wicoff
Tom Wicoff serves as Purchasing Manager at Andrus Smart Technologies and brings extensive industry experience and broad knowledge of the systems AST designs, installs, and supports.
His understanding of smart home automation, audio/video, lighting control, networking, security, access control, and related technologies helps him identify the products, parts, hardware, and accessories required for each project.
Tom coordinates purchasing and product allocation to ensure materials are available when installation teams need them. His role supports efficient daily operations, reduces project delays, and helps keep installations aligned with project schedules and completion timelines.
Anthony Ditomaso
Anthony Ditomaso serves as Lead Estimator at Andrus Smart Technologies and brings many years of experience in the technology integration industry.
He has a strong ability to understand each client’s goals, priorities, budget, and expectations, then translate those needs into a thoughtful system design. His experience spans smart home automation, audio/video, lighting control, networking, security, access control, and other connected technologies.
Anthony develops detailed estimates and system proposals that balance performance, usability, reliability, and project requirements. His work helps establish a clear scope and gives clients a practical foundation for making informed technology decisions.
